I am pleased to announce that I am now a Lu Jong 2 teacher.
Lu Jong 2 is a much more intense practice than Lu Jong 1.
It requires a lot of stretching, strength and flexibility, energy.
Lu Jong 2 consists of 3 groups of 5 movements each.
The first one works on the prevention of diseases by strengthening the immune system.
The second helps to relieve pain.
The third group develops physical strength, inner power, and the ability to calm and focus the mind.
This practice will be brought to you in the first instance through a few movements instilled in the Lu Jong 1 classes, online or on the road.
If people are interested, we can set up workshops or courses, either face-to-face or online.
