COMMENT SE DEROULE LA FORMATION ?
The education includes practice and theory.
For the theory, Nangten Menlang International provides a 350-page training manual as a PDF file.
Valerie has chosen to develop a complete training material in addition to the PDF manual.
This complete and entertaining approach allows you to integrate your training more easily.
This is achieved through a lifetime access to an extranet that is constantly being enriched.
Here is what you will find on the extranet:
PDF files delivered by Nangten Menlang International, which are automatically accessible every 4 to 5 days, so that you can go through the theory and take the time to integrate it.
audio readings of each chapter of the manual so that you can hear and receive the oral transmission.
multimedia documents offering a summary of each chapter of the manual
online MCQs to practice the knowledge you need to acquire and develop
resources in the form of additional files (texts, diagrams, photos, videos, etc.)
Module A consists of working through certain chapters of the textbook as well as all the materials related to these chapters (multimedia, audio lectures, MCQs, resources, etc.).
In modules B and C, we return to these chapters but in the form of oral lessons delivered by Valerie.
The other chapters, especially those related to the practical part (movements, ...), are open and therefore accessible on the extranet only once we have done them the first time together.
Past is your enemy ;
Future is your demon .
Until you know everything, there is only one way to make life clear.
Change one ; change all.
There is no enemy outside of ourselves.
Life is one day.
Here are some examples of multimedia file themes. Each file contains several interactive pages that you will discover in the extranet

THE SPIRIT OF TOG CHÖD
It is important that the future teacher has the pure motivation to help others, to feel love for the practice inspired by their own personal experience and great respect for the precious lineage of Tog Chöd of Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.
These educations are certified by Nangten Menlang International, the organization for the preservation of ancient Tantrayana wisdom and Tibetan Buddhist culture whose founder is Tulku Lobsang.
This education offers a personal work on the body and the spirit in connection with the philosophy of the Buddhist Tantrayana. Tog Chöd is a moving meditation that helps develop clarity of mind. Tog Chöd is a complete method that works as long as it respects its integrity. It is essential to understand that the elements that comprise its practice cannot be mixed with other traditions, just as other traditions cannot integrate the practice of Tog Chöd. When we do Tog Chöd, we do Tog Chöd, we do not add Indian yoga or reiki ... in the same way, when we practice Indian yoga or when we do reiki, no elements from Tog Chöd are added to it. Splitting the practices is a pledge of respect for Tulku Lobsang and the guarantee of a method that will bring its benefits.
Here are the thoughts of Tog Chöd:
There is no enemy outside of yourself.
The past is your enemy; the future is your demon.
Until you know everything about everything, there is only one way to focus your life. Decide.
Change one; change everything
Tog Chöd, a meditation in action from the monastic dances
Tog Chöd is a complete practice created by Tulku Lobsang and originating in the father Tantrayana. The movements and postures are derived from the Cham and Kalachakra dances.
The postures are the method, and the movements are the wisdom. The union of method and wisdom, which is the essence of Buddhism, is expressed in the form of Tog Chöd.
A form that we bring to become stable and clear in order to develop
These qualities are the basis of all meditative practice.

Tog Chöd meditations
This practice aims to bring us clarity of mind by establishing us in the present moment through a practice combining 3 levels of meditation which are
- Mindfulness meditation,
- transformation meditation,
- and purification meditation.
The Vajra Warrior's struggle through the Tog Chöd
The Vajra Warrior's struggle through the Tog Chöd
In Tog Chöd, the only enemies are ourselves.
We fight our demons connected to the past and our enemies connected to the future.
In the past we are attached to our fears, in the future we project our expectations, looking outside ourselves for the means to fulfil our inner dissatisfactions.
The sword, our ally, our inner wisdom
The sword is the symbol of wisdom, we use it to lift the veils of our ignorance and bring about a beneficial peace through a clear mind.
The practice allows :
to stop our excessive thoughts in order to make our minds clear,
to develop our power of decision,
to reduce and cut down our fears and expectations,
to strengthen our self-esteem and self-confidence,
transform our negative emotions into wisdom and compassion,
improve health by developing the cardiovascular system, building strength, making muscles more flexible,
strengthening our immune system.
Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, after 20 years of contact with Westerners through numerous teachings and more than 10,000 medical consultations, has come to realise that people today, and especially in our societies, need a way of practising meditation but without having to sit on a cushion. We are indeed too much in action, and we do not have, or do not want to have, time to sit down.
We need to release energies frozen by long hours of sitting at the office and for this Tulku Lobsang developed the Sword Dance, the Tog ChÖd.
Dance because the movements are derived from the dances of Tibetan monks. These particular movements allow us to work in depth on the physical body and on the subtle body, our energetic body, with the aim of restarting the circulation of energy.
Tulku Lobsang was born in Tibet and entered his first monastery at the age of 6. He then entered a Bön monastery and continued his studies at the Labrang monastery in Tibet before joining the Ganden monastery in southern India. He received the teachings and transmissions of almost all the Tibetan lineages, except those of the Nyingma tradition. This approach is very rare. He is thus considered Rimé, i.e. non-sectarian. He studied Buddhist meditation, medicine and astrology.
Nangten Menlang International
Nangten Menlang International was established in 2002 by Tulku Lobsang. The organization offers many teachings and educations on Tibetan Buddhism and the healing wisdom of the Tantrayana spirit.
The headquarters of Nangten Menlang International are located in Vienna, Austria.
Practices offered include movement practices (such as Tibetan healing yoga Lu Jong and Tog Chöd sword of wisdom), more subtle body practices (such as Tsa Lung breathing work and Tummo inner fire), methods healing (such as traditional Tibetan medicine and Kum Nye massage); and meditation practices (such as fearless dying and mindfulness).
Each of these methods and wisdoms enables students to achieve better health and greater happiness by teaching them to connect with their own innate wisdom.
It is also possible for everyone to take part in education and become a teacher and thus further spread valuable practices such as Lu Jong, Tog Chöd and mindfulness.
Through its activities and those of its organization, Tulku Lobsang aims to introduce ourselves to ourselves so that everyone becomes their own master. In this way, one develops for the good of all sentient beings.
In addition to the teachings given in person by Tulku Lobsang, many teachers are now disseminating these teachings around the world. Educators are in charge of educating new teachers.
Teacher education is therefore part of a certification course organized and supervised by Nangten Menlang. Nangten Menlang International manages registration for certification, organization and holding of online theory exams, participation in the Masterclass, issuance of the diploma. The educations are in charge of the practical and theoretical education as well as the practical exam.
Lu Jong is a deep, powerful practice, which has the magic of being able to be practiced "everywhere" !!!
YES everywhere! And that is a big plus !!! so here is a little return to these magical places ...
