  • those who live in Paris will have the opportunity to attend the 5 face-to-face sessions in Paris + the 15 online sessions.

This cycle propose a work on the Body and on the Mind using the many tools offered by the paths of Buddhism, Tibetan Buddhism and Tibetan Medicine.

We work on the body through movement and breath exercises. We work on the mind through listening to the theory, and throuth the practices of Shiné meditation, and analytical meditations.

A Body and Mind program alternating practice and theory:

  • Lu Jong 1 : 5 movements for the harmonization of the Five Elements

  • Lu Jong 1 : 5 movements for the mobility of the body

  • Lu Jong 1 : 5 movements for the vital organs

  • Lu Jong 1 : 6 movements for the six conditions

  • Lu Jong 2 : some of the 15 movements of Lu Jong 2 will be gently brought into connection with some of the movements of Lu Jong 1

  • 1 complementary movement against lethargy

  • 1 complementary movement to deal with mental agitation and difficulty in falling asleep

  • The 4 yogas meditation

  • Mindfulness meditation based on the five elements

  • The first steps of the Shiné (Shamatha) mind stabilization meditation

Preliminary and concluding practices:

  • The 9 breaths and other breath exercises,

  • Auto-massage,

  • Kum Nye massage of the Five Elements,

  • Relaxation postures of the 5 Elements,

  • Complementary practices to generate energy quickly (Holding the wind, Ling Gyur, etc...)

  • The practice of Compassion

Introductory theories from :

  • Tibetan Medicine,

  • the Mahayana Sutra Path,

  • the Mahayana Tantrayana Path,

to understand :

  • The Subtle Body according to Buddhism and according to Tibetan Medicine

  • The relationship between Body and Mind in Buddhism

  • The relationship between Body-Mind and Health according to Tibetan Medicine

Of course, it is open to everyone!

For Buddhist practitioners who, too often, do the mistake of thinking that if it is not their lineage, their master, then they cannot do these practices! This state of mind corresponds to locking oneself in a duality mind that is the opposite of the very essence of what a "Buddhist practice" means.

When we speak of Buddhism, we necessarily speak of meditation. Reading and studying is necessary, but if one does not apply it through meditation, it will not be of much use.

All Buddhist teachings, whatever the tradition or lineage, always come back to one essential point: the meditation posture.

Posture must be right in order, as each master specifies it, whatever the tradition or the lineage, to allow the winds to circulate in a harmonious way because, as you will learn, it is this circulation which allows the opening of our comprehensions and realizations...

The practices we do here are open to all, they are traditionally done BEFORE any meditative practice in order to establish the ideal conditions for the circulation of the winds during the meditative sitting.

When one understands this, then there is no doubt that these practices are essential for anyone practicing meditation!!!

For those who do not meditate yet, the movement associated with a very specific breath and a single pointed mind brings a balance of the 5 elements composing the body (we will talk about it...) which in turns brings a better heath Health while evacuating stress. Physical health and mental health definitly improve as we will discuss and as you will experience it.

I invite you to read more about all the benefits of these practices by clicking on the following button:

And to consult the calendar of the days of practice, to know more about the schedules, the price, etc...

If you are English speaker, i can give the class in English and French at the same time and if you are 2 to 3 person under the English environment, we can set separate timetable from the French one. Do not hesitate to contact me!
