Of course, it is open to everyone!
For Buddhist practitioners who, too often, do the mistake of thinking that if it is not their lineage, their master, then they cannot do these practices! This state of mind corresponds to locking oneself in a duality mind that is the opposite of the very essence of what a "Buddhist practice" means.
When we speak of Buddhism, we necessarily speak of meditation. Reading and studying is necessary, but if one does not apply it through meditation, it will not be of much use.
All Buddhist teachings, whatever the tradition or lineage, always come back to one essential point: the meditation posture.
Posture must be right in order, as each master specifies it, whatever the tradition or the lineage, to allow the winds to circulate in a harmonious way because, as you will learn, it is this circulation which allows the opening of our comprehensions and realizations...
The practices we do here are open to all, they are traditionally done BEFORE any meditative practice in order to establish the ideal conditions for the circulation of the winds during the meditative sitting.
When one understands this, then there is no doubt that these practices are essential for anyone practicing meditation!!!
For those who do not meditate yet, the movement associated with a very specific breath and a single pointed mind brings a balance of the 5 elements composing the body (we will talk about it...) which in turns brings a better heath Health while evacuating stress. Physical health and mental health definitly improve as we will discuss and as you will experience it.
I invite you to read more about all the benefits of these practices by clicking on the following button:
