On September 4, 2022, I was lucky enough to be able to sit again at the foot of the magnificent Buddha who inhabits the Grande Pagode de Vincennes in Paris.
It is always an extreme joy for me to sit in this place, to see people come to sit down, and to join them to listen to what the place invites me to broadcast through the speech action.
And 5 minutes before starting my speech which was intended to present the Tog Chöd and how it is a Buddhist practice open to all, I wanted to do a test, to put my phone on a pillar and therefore to save.
After a little sound work, the addition of subtitles in French and English, and a few informative images and speech bubbles to embellish everything, the whole thing comes out not so bad, provided you forget the first 2 minutes which are rather mediocre, but the information is there and I therefore invite you to enjoy it from the comfort of your cozy nest.
After this listening, you will no longer be able to say that you do not know Tog Chöd, and if your heart beats for Buddhism and its magnificent teachings, then come and join us in an amazing and so pleasant practice practiced by all.
