Every year, the Tibet office in Paris organizes a wonderful festival around the Himalayan people. This was an opportunity for everyone to discover or rediscover the Himalayan regions through dances, handicrafts, conferences, songs, and also the discovery of Tibetan yogas that I offer during these 2 days.
For this 2019 edition, the discovery approach of the practice of Lu Jong took place under the angle of the theory of the Five Elements from the Tibetan Medicine.
Do not hesitate to participate in the regular discovery sessions I offer online or in different places to hear this introductions under different angles : the link with Buddhism, the full Presence, or the simple fact of wanting to be happy.
