Here are the slots:
12 Mondays from 4.30 pm to 6 pm: Tibetan yoga Lu Jong
12 Tuesdays from 9.00 to 10.30 am: Tibetan Yoga Lu Jong
12 Tuesdays from 4.30 pm to 6 pm: Tibetan practices of the Five Elements
Classes are supervised by Valerie and Urgyen.
