SPIRIT OF TIBETAN FIVE ELEMENTS PRACTICES

It is important that the future teacher has the pure motivation to help others, to feel love for the practice inspired by their own personal experience and great respect for the precious lineage of the Five Elements of Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.

These educations are certified by Nangten Menlang International, the organization for the preservation of ancient Tantrayana wisdom and Tibetan Buddhist culture whose founder is Tulku Lobsang.

This education offers a personal work on the body and the spirit in connection with the philosophy of the Buddhist Tantrayana. The Tibetan Practices of the Five Elements is a rapid transformation technique that helps address the stressful issues that our society today encounters. Tibetan Practices of the Five Elements is a complete method that works as long as you respect its integrity. It is essential to understand that the elements that comprise its practice cannot be mixed with other traditions, just as other traditions cannot integrate the Tibetan Practices of the Five Elements. When we do the Tibetan Five Element Practices, we do the Tibetan Five Element Practices, we do not add Indian yoga or reiki ... in the same way, when we practice Indian yoga or the 'we do reiki, we do not add elements from the Tibetan Practices of the Five Elements. Splitting the practices is a pledge of respect for Tulku Lobsang and the guarantee of a method that will bring its benefits.

TULKU LOBSANG

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche received the teachings of Lu Jong from the Bön tradition at the age of 11. At the same time, he received the teachings and transmissions of almost all the Tibetan lineages, except those of the Nyingma tradition. This approach is very rare because it is very difficult. He is thus considered Rimé, that is to say non-sectarian. He studied Buddhist meditation, medicine and astrology. In contact with Westerners, Tulku Lobsang decided to collect Lu Jong exercises from different traditions and lineages, then he modified and adapted them for the human body of Western man so that people of all ages and physical conditions can practice them.

# 5 items

Tibetan medicine and Tantrayana are based on the theory of the 5 elements.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

These 5 elements are Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, and Space.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

There are 3 types of elements.

external elements,

the secret elements,

top secret items.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

Tibetan medicine

works to restore the balance between the elements.

However, who says "balance" means that there will also be an "imbalance" ready to manifest.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

In Tantrayana,

we therefore go further in order not to seek only balance, but transformation.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

Each element manifests in various ways on the physical body and on the subtle body, the latter being our energy body.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

Our consciousness is closely related to the state of our energy body. Each element manifests a mental aspect.

Pure and unclean mental aspect.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

By acting on the elements, we allow the transformation from our impure mental aspects to our pure mental aspects.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

We thus switch from negative, disruptive emotions such as pride, attachment, anger, jealousy, greed, to beneficial emotions such as calm, non-self, compassion, love, 'equanimity.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

We are thus working on the 5 main poisons of Buddhism.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

# the-5-elements-and-the-lu-jong

The first group of movements of Lu Jong is the group of movements of the Five Elements.

This movement group is the one practiced in the Tibetan Practices of the Five Elements.

Each of these 5 movements is linked to an Element (Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, Space) but also with a natural element:

  • Tibetan goose,

  • the yak,

  • the kyang (a horse endemic to Tibet),

  • the Falcon,

  • Mount Kailash (mountain located in western Tibet).

Let's find them in the photos below :-)
